As a non-profit arts organization, Montclair Film is committed to providing ongoing programs that use film and storytelling as a means for individuals to express themselves, foster community, and inspire discussion. Our current programs include the following:
Whether you have something to say, or just want to listen, you won’t want to miss the next Montclair Film StorySlam.
Come see a newly released film in an environment that’s friendly to parents and caregivers of new babies.
Virtual film discussion series and movie matinees for seniors.
505 Films + Friends is an inclusive club where young people can gather in a safe, positive and thought-provoking environment to engage socially through the viewing and discussion of films.
What’s better than watching a great film? Talking about it! Join us for our Matinee Club Discussions at Cinema505
Free screenings of fan-favorites are shown on the big screen outside. Events take place throughout the summer in some of Montclair’s best community spaces. Bring a blanket, beach chairs, and a picnic.
