The Montclair Film Festival is offering students in grades 10–12 an exciting opportunity to serve on the Junior Jury. Jurors will meet industry professionals and will learn how to analyze and adjudicate films. They will receive MF student memberships and VIP treatment with free access and reserved seats for select films.
After deliberating and selecting the best film in its category, the jurors will present the Junior Jury Award at the closing night film.

We will publish the 2026 Junior Jury schedule once the Film Festival schedule is announced in early October. Meanwhile, to get an idea of commitment, please view our 2025 Jury Schedule.
Most (but NOT all) screenings will be scheduled during the weekend of October 16 – 18, with a few others the following weekend, October 23 – 25. Jury deliberations and festival Award Ceremony will take place on Sunday, October 25.
