Montclair Film’s mini camps for adults (ages 16+) offer a dynamic lineup that includes screenwriting, voice acting, multi-level improv, podcasting, storytelling, and development labs for turning scripts into polished projects. These classes are tailored for every level from beginner to advanced . Students receive hands-on feedback, craft coaching, and real collaborative experience working with peers and professionals.
A six-screen cinema located in Montclair Center showing the finest in first run art house, independent, documentary, classics and foreign language films. The cinema screens films all year round and hosts frequent special events and Q&As.
The Bellevue was reopened by Montclair Film in 2025 as a 3-screen cinema showing the best current releases and in-demand films. Originally opened in 1922, the theater has been updated to foster community and conversations around the art of film.
Montclair Film’s headquarters includes a 65 person cinema that is used often as an event space for Montclair Film’s StorySlams and Montclair Improv Comedy. The space also hosts Montclair Film + Education classes for students from middle school through adults.
