Work With Us

Help bring the power of film, storytelling, and community to audiences in Montclair and beyond.

Why Work at Montclair Film?

Montclair Film is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating the power of visual storytelling through film, education, and community engagement. From year-round cinema programming to the Montclair Film Festival, our team works together to create meaningful cultural experiences for audiences and filmmakers alike.

Working at Montclair Film means contributing to a mission-driven organization that believes cinema can inspire conversation, creativity, and connection.
