How do I create an account?

To access your member benefits online, you’ll first need to set up your account in our new ticketing system (Elevent) using the same email address associated with your Montclair Film membership.

The Elevent system uses the highest standards to keep your data safe. You can read their privacy and data policy here.

Step 1: Set up your account by visiting MontclairFilm.org and click Log in in the upper right hand corner.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your membership and create a password. Or you can choose to sign in using your Google or Facebook account if connected to the same email address.

Once you’ve set up your new password, your name will appear in the upper right hand corner and you can make purchases with your member benefits.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot Password on the Login screen. You’ll receive a password reset email from Elevent Support. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Password reset links remain active for 72 hours.

How do I purchase movie tickets with my membership discount?

NEW! Member-priced tickets are now displayed automatically.
Log in to your account. Select your movie and showtime. Your member-priced ticket will appear automatically.

Don’t see member pricing? if you are a current member and do not see a member category ticket, you’re most likely not logged into your account, or your membership has expired.

OR, visit the Box Office at The Clairidge or The Bellevue and simply let our staff know your name and purchase your member-priced tickets.

How many complimentary movie tickets do Members receive and how do I redeem them?

Montclair Film members at the Film Lover+ level and above receive complimentary movie vouchers. The number of vouchers depends on your membership level.

*Redeeming your complimentary tickets is as easy as 1,2,3…

2. Select your movie and showtime
3. Choose Member Voucher(s) during checkout

How do I redeem my free concessions?

Montclair Film members receive free concessions vouchers starting at the Friend ($250) level. Simply provide your name at the concession stand, and your eligible small popcorn or fountain drink will automatically be applied.

I’m trying to buy classes but don’t see the member price/discount.

Member pricing for classes begins at the Film Lover+ ($95) level. First, you must be logged into your account, and then add the class to your cart by selecting the member price.

Please note: If you added tickets to your cart before logging in, please make sure to delete the tickets in your cart and re-add them after you have signed in to see your member pricing.

Where can I renew my membership?

We’ll continue to send renewal reminder emails with a direct link to renew.
You can also renew at any time by logging into your account.

Or if your membership has expired, select Join

How do I access my account to check my membership status, membership level or expiration date?

Step 1: Login to MontclairFilm.org and click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner.

Step 2: You will see a summary of your membership status. Select any one of the button options to open your Elevent account at GoElevent.com

How can my spouse/partner use our membership benefits?

NEW! Add Household Members
Members at the Film Lover level and above can now add household members so they can directly access membership benefits with their own login.

1. Log in to your Elevent account and click on the Profile Icon
2. Select Manage to open your Elevent account
3. Click on Your Memberships
4. ADD MEMBER

5. Enter the email address of the additional household member.
6. They will receive an email with instructions to activate their account and can begin directly using their membership benefits online!

Note: The number of household members you can add depends on your membership level.

Do I get a membership card or ID number when I join?

As a Montclair Film member, you won’t need a membership card nor a membership number – one less thing for you to keep track of!

How am I notified about special events, early access, showtimes and more?

Email is our primary method of communicating with members about advance ticket sales, member events, classes, the Montclair Film Festival and other year-round programming.
