A Professional Development Workshop for 21st-Century Classrooms
Bring the power of storytelling into your classroom! Through hands-on exercises, teachers learn the fundamentals of shooting, sound, and editing using simple, affordable tools. Whether you want to create your own video lessons or guide students through their own projects, this immersive workshop builds the skills and confidence to use video as a dynamic teaching and learning tool. No prior experience required—just bring your smartphone and enthusiasm for learning something new!
Schools or districts with a group of 12–15 teachers may schedule this workshop for a date that works with their calendar. Workshops can be held onsite at your school or at Montclair Film’s Media Labs. Teachers of all subjects are welcome to participate together.
